  • Coordinated compression of overstocking and liner
  • Unique compression profile that accelerates healing while ensuring exceptional patient comfort
  • Liner holds the wound dressing in place and provides gentle compression overnight
  • Polyamide: 87%
  • Elastane: 13%
  • Active venous leg ulcers (ulcus cruris venosum)
  • Follow-up care after ulcer healing

This is a set of replacement liners for the Bauerfeind VenoTrain UlcerTec compression system, not a compression garment in itself. The liners hold the wound dressing in place underneath the UlcerTec stocking and do not provide medical-grade compression on their own, so per Bauerfeind they likely would not be covered separately through insurance — a plan assesses the compression system. Bought on its own, this part is generally not eligible for reimbursement, so please confirm your plan's terms with your provider before ordering. If you are claiming the UlcerTec compression system itself, contact us and we'll prepare an itemized pre-approval package for your insurance provider.

Order the same size as your VenoTrain Ulcertec overstocking.

  • Machine wash in cold or cool water (about 30°C/86°F) on the gentle or delicate cycle
  • Wash with similar colours using a regular detergent with no additives -- avoid fabric softener
  • Use a mesh laundry bag, and secure hook-and-loop (velcro) tabs first to protect the knit
  • Hand washing is gentler and may extend the product's life
  • For light use, washing every two to three wears is enough; heavy use needs more frequent washing
  • Lay flat to air dry -- do not hang to dry (the fabric can stretch out of shape) and do not tumble dry
