The Actimove® Arthritis Care Elbow Support is a light-support sleeve for an elbow made painful by arthritis, arthrosis or an inflamed joint. Ceramic fibres in the knit retain and reflect your own body heat, giving the joint steady therapeutic warmth that also promotes circulation around the elbow.

Four-way stretch fabric adds light, comfortable compression to help reduce swelling and keep the arm moving. A Flex-Zone with higher elasticity sits where the arm bends, so the elbow flexes freely and the support stays where it should on the joint.

It is soft enough to wear under a sleeve for most of the day, fits either the left or the right elbow, and is not made with natural rubber latex.

Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 40 °C (105 °F) with a mild detergent
Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry or iron
Lay the support flat to dry, and make sure it is completely dry before wearing it again
Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover

Put the support on with the arm relaxed.

Hold the support with the care label facing upwards
Slide your hand and forearm through it
Pull it onto the elbow until the top opening sits comfortably around your mid-upper arm
Adjust it until the Flex-Zone rests directly on the elbow
