The Actimove® Arthritis Care Knee Support is a light-support sleeve for a knee made painful and stiff by osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Heat-reflecting ceramic fibres in the knit hold your own body heat over the joint for steady therapeutic warmth, which also promotes circulation around the knee.

Four-way stretch fabric adds light, comfortable compression that helps settle swelling and makes the joint easier to bend. A Flex-Zone with higher elasticity sits behind the knee, so the sleeve does not bunch when you sit, kneel or climb stairs, and it helps keep the support correctly placed on the joint.

It is thin enough to wear under trousers all day, fits either the left or the right knee, and is not made with natural rubber latex.

Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 40 °C (105 °F) with a mild detergent
Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry or iron
Lay the support flat to dry, and make sure it is completely dry before wearing it again
Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover

Put the support on sitting down, with the leg relaxed.

Hold the support with the care label facing upwards
Slide your foot through it and draw it up the leg
Pull it up onto the knee until the Flex-Zone covers the joint
Settle the top edge on the lower thigh so it feels comfortable and does not dig in
