A replacement chin pad for the Aspen® Vista® MultiPost Therapy Collar — the single pad in the moulded cup the chin rests in.

It is the pad that goes first. It takes the most direct pressure, it catches whatever is spilled or dribbled, and it carries the chin dots a fitter uses to confirm the collar sits at the right height, so a flattened or soiled chin pad costs the height check as well as the padding.

Replacing the chin pad alone is usually cheaper than a full set when the rest of the collar's padding is still sound. Aspen's instruction is hand washing and air drying only, with a spare in use while it dries.

Peel the pads away from the hook dots to take them off the collar.
Hand wash the pads with mild soap and warm water. Do not machine wash and do not use bleach. Rinse thoroughly.
Wipe the plastic shell with mild soap and water, rinse it, and towel dry before re-attaching the pads.
Press the pads with a towel to squeeze out the water, then lay them flat to air dry. Do not use heat.
Use a spare pad set while the first one is drying.
