This is a medical-grade orthopaedic brace that incorporates rigid structural support. • Wash MANU-HiT® CARPAL gently in lukewarm water (30 °C) with mild detergent and air dry
• Do not dry it in the tumble dryer, on the heating or in the microwave
• To avoid damaging other garments during washing, it is best to wash the MANU-HiT CARPAL separately or close the hook-and-loop fasteners in advance and remove the inserted reinforcement rail
• Please do not use fabric softener when washing the MANU-HiT CARPAL

• The carpal tunnel syndrome brace is available in a left and right version.
• Open all the hook-and-loop fasteners and slip the affected hand into the brace.
• Move the hand forward in the brace until the recess for the thumb is reached and encloses it at its base.
• First pass the hook-and-loop tape between the thumb and index finger and fix it to the loop material on the back of the hand.
• Close the three micro hook-and-loop fasteners, fixing them at first with only a slight pull on the back of the hand.
• The one-piece CTS-RELIEF-PAD in combination with the volar reinforcement splint lifts the brace sleeve in the area of the carpal tunnel and the median nerve and protects against pressure irritation.
• If necessary, correct the fit of the brace and fix the three hook-and-loop straps so that the brace provides stability and a subjectively pleasant wearing comfort.
• After checking the optimal fit and position, fasten the straps so tightly that it is comfortable for you.
