The Sporlastic wrist strap is a 7.5 cm wide knitted band with a stabilising strap and a hook-and-loop fastener. Steadying the wrist reduces the pain-triggering pull of the forearm extensor muscles, which is why it is worn alongside an epicondylitis brace rather than on its own.

Sporlastic lists it as an accessory to EPI-HiT®: the EPI-HiT therapy set is the epicondylitis band plus this strap, and the strap is included in that set at no extra charge. It is sold here separately as a replacement or a second piece. Sporlastic's own catalogue prints it as WRIST SUPPORT, so that is the name to look for on a prescription or an order form.

Sporlastic supplies it as part of the EPI-HiT therapy set — an epicondylitis support band plus this wrist strap — so a plan normally assesses the set rather than this piece separately. It is a 7.5 cm elastic band with a stabilising strap and contains no rigid or semi-rigid structural component of its own. Bought on its own, this part is generally not eligible for reimbursement, so please confirm your plan's terms with your provider before ordering. Wash the wrist strap gently in lukewarm water (30 °C) with mild detergent and air dry
Do not dry it in the tumble dryer, on the heating or in the microwave

Sporlastic prints these steps in the instructions for use supplied with the product.

Open the hook-and-loop fastener of the wrist strap and place it on the wrist. It should fit snugly around the wrist. Close the wider hook-and-loop fastener.
With the stabilising strap, you can now adjust the degree of support as required and then close the hook-and-loop fastener.
To take the strap off, open both hook-and-loop fasteners and pull it off with the other hand.
