Actimove Manus Forte Plus adds thumb stabilisation to the same high-stability wrist platform. Two rigid, anatomically preformed aluminium splints — one inside the hand, one along the thumb side — can be moulded to the individual hand, and two plastic stays on the back of the hand complete the anatomical fit. A diagonal inelastic strap holds the thumb in a neutral position, and the fingers stay unrestrained throughout.
