Actimove® ManuMotion is a knitted wrist support that holds the wrist in a functional position with an anatomically shaped thermoplastic stay along the palm. The 3D flat-knitted structure adds compression that supports pain relief, and an adjustable, removable inelastic wristband can be added for extra stability.

An anatomically shaped pressure pad on the back of the hand gives targeted pressure and an intermittent massage effect, which helps reduce swelling, effusion and bruising. Cut-outs in the pad keep pressure off the bones of the hand, and the pads are fused into the knit so nothing rubs.

A soft Motion-Comfort-Zone around the thumb opening prevents wrinkling and lets the thumb move, and a donning aid is included to make it easier to put on with one hand. Ordered left or right.

Each Size is written as Size - Side:

Size — S to XL, set by the wrist figure in brackets
Side — Right or Left. The support is cut for that hand and will not turn over.

Take the stay out of its pocket and close the wrist strap before washing
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C (85 °F) with a mild detergent
Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry or iron
Lay the support flat to dry, and make sure it is completely dry before wearing it again
Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover
When you put the stay back, check its curve rests against the inside of the palm and wrist

Use the donning aid supplied in the box; it makes one-handed fitting much easier.

Slide the donning aid over the hand with its longer side at the back of the hand, keeping the thumb outside it
With the other hand, pull the support over the hand and up the forearm, guiding the thumb through the thumb opening
Pull the donning aid out from underneath the support by its tapered end
Wrap the strap around the wrist and fasten the hook-and-loop closure
To take the stay out before washing, turn the lower part inside out and slide it from its pocket
