This is a medical-grade orthopaedic brace that incorporates semi-rigid structural support. • Wash ACHILLO-HiT® gently in lukewarm water (30 °C) with mild detergent and air dry
• Do not dry it in the tumble dryer, on the heating or in the microwave
• Close the hook-and-loop fasteners before washing; they will remain functional longer and damage to other garments can be avoided
• Any tension in the knitted fabric that decreases over time is restored by washing
• Sporlastic therefore recommends washing the support more often

• ACHILLO-HiT® is available for the left and right foot.
• Open the hook-and-loop fasteners so you can get your foot into ACHILLO-HiT.
• Grasp the side parts of the hook-and-loop fastener with both hands.
• First pull the support carefully over the back of the foot. Then grasp the back part of the support and pull it over the heel.
• The control strip must be positioned centrally on the back of your foot. Also, the back seam of the support should be centred over the heel bone towards the calf.
• The longer pressure pad, on the inside of the foot, must run below the inner ankle and into the arch of the foot. The shorter, outer pressure pad runs below the outer ankle.
• Close the hook-and-loop fasteners in the area of the front lower leg.
