Epicondylitis (tennis or golfer's elbow)

This is a medical-grade orthopaedic brace that incorporates rigid structural support. Braces and orthoses built with rigid components are usually covered under Canadian extended health benefit plans (e.g. Sun Life, Manulife, Great-West Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada) when accompanied by a valid prescription from your physician or nurse practitioner. It may also qualify as an eligible medical expense under the CRA's Medical Expense Tax Credit. Two measurements: around the upper arm 15 cm above the elbow joint, and around the forearm 5 cm below it. Read your size off the chart below.

Hand wash only, in lukewarm water (about 30°C/86°F) with a mild detergent
Close all hook-and-loop (velcro) fasteners, straps, and zippers before washing to protect the fabric
Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or harsh chemicals; do not dry clean
Remove and clean any removable pads or cushions separately with water or mild soap
Air dry fully -- do not tumble dry, use a hair dryer, or dry in direct sunlight
Apply skin creams or lotions after removing the support in the evening, not right before putting it on, since they can affect the material's properties
