The JOBST® FarrowWrap® Lite Thighpiece is made in the lightest FarrowWrap fabric — double-laminated, durable and soft — and Lite is the only fabric JOBST builds at 20-30 mmHg, for mild to moderate swelling from lymphedema or chronic venous disease. Every thighpiece is supplied with a FarrowWrap Kneepiece, so the thigh and the knee are covered together, and with two TG® Soft liners. Overlapping hook-and-loop bands are re-tightened through the day as the thigh changes size, instead of a garment that has to be pulled up over it. The short-stretch fabric stays gentle at rest and pushes back as the thigh muscle works, which helps move fluid back towards the body. Short, Regular and Long are lengths rather than widths; the thighpiece is not made trim-to-fit.

Choose this if the swelling reaches above your knee, so a below-knee wrap leaves part of the limb untreated.

Is the swelling below the knee only? JOBST FarrowWrap Lite Legpiece 20-30 mmHg covers the lower leg alone, from ankle to below the knee.

Is the foot swollen as well? JOBST FarrowWrap Lite Footpiece 20-30 mmHg adds the foot, which the thighpiece and kneepiece do not reach.

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with a mild detergent
Do not use fabric softener, optical brightener or stain remover
Do not wring or twist; dry flat only — never tumble dry, and never on a radiator or in direct sunlight
Do not bleach, dry clean or iron
Fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before washing and when you take the wrap off; it protects the fabric and makes the wrap easier to put back on

JOBST® publishes the step-by-step application on the insert card supplied with the wrap and in its donning videos — follow those and your clinician's instructions.

Cover any open wound with an appropriate dressing before anything else goes on
Put a TG Soft liner on first; JOBST's donning video shows the liner applied under the kneepiece and thighpiece together
Fit the FarrowWrap Kneepiece supplied with the wrap, then the thighpiece above it
Tighten or loosen the bands through the day as the swelling changes
When you take the wrap off, fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before putting it away or washing it
