The JOBST® FarrowWrap® Lite Legpiece is made in the lightest of the FarrowWrap fabrics — double-laminated, durable and soft — and Lite is the only one JOBST builds at 20-30 mmHg, for mild to moderate swelling from lymphedema or chronic venous disease. It wraps the lower leg from the ankle to just below the knee in overlapping hook-and-loop bands rather than being pulled on, so it can be loosened or re-tightened through the day as the leg changes size. Short-stretch fabric gives low resting pressure and high working pressure: easy on the leg at rest, firm the moment the calf muscle contracts, which is the action that moves fluid back towards the body. JOBST's own selection chart points to Lite where the limb has kept its shape rather than developed heavy distortion or lobules (soft bulges of swollen tissue). Two Farrow Standard liners come with the legpiece, and a trim-to-fit version is cut to length where the ready-to-wear chart does not fit.

TTF is trim-to-fit: cut to length when it is fitted, instead of taken from the ready-to-wear lengths.

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with a mild detergent
Do not use fabric softener, optical brightener or stain remover
Do not wring or twist; dry flat only — never tumble dry, and never on a radiator or in direct sunlight
Do not bleach, dry clean or iron
Fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before washing and when you take the wrap off; it protects the fabric and makes the wrap easier to put back on

JOBST® publishes the step-by-step application on the insert card supplied with the wrap and in its donning videos — follow those and your clinician's instructions.

Cover any open wound with an appropriate dressing before anything else goes on
Put a Farrow Standard liner on first, under the legpiece
Wrap the legpiece over the liner and fasten the bands from the ankle upwards
Tighten or loosen the bands through the day as the swelling changes
When you take the wrap off, fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before putting it away or washing it
