Immobilization of the wrist and parts of the forearm

The ManuLoc long is a longer version of the ManuLoc wrist orthosis. As well as immobilizing the wrist like the ManuLoc, it immobilizes large parts of the forearm too. This intensive protection helps to relieve particularly severe symptoms and supports care following severe bruising and as soon as the plaster cast is removed after surgery. Wearing the orthosis prevents painful movements, while the hand can still grip objects and move around freely.

Sized on wrist circumference — measure around the narrowest part of the wrist, just below the wrist bone. Check this product's size chart below before ordering. If you're between sizes, contact us and we'll help you measure.

Machine wash in cold or cool water (about 30°C/86°F) on the gentle or delicate cycle
Wash with similar colours using a regular detergent with no additives -- avoid fabric softener
Use a mesh laundry bag, and secure hook-and-loop (velcro) tabs first to protect the knit
Hand washing is gentler and may extend the product's life
For light use, washing every two to three wears is enough; heavy use needs more frequent washing
Lay flat to air dry -- do not hang to dry (the fabric can stretch out of shape) and do not tumble dry
