Actimove® GenuMotion is a knitted knee support for a knee that is painful, swollen or slightly unstable - chondromalacia, gonarthrosis, arthritis, minor meniscal damage or a joint recovering from surgery. Its anatomical shape and 3D flat-knitted structure give gradient medical compression that helps relieve pain and holds the support securely without an elastic band digging in.

An anatomically shaped circular pressure pad surrounds the kneecap and works with the knit to give an intermittent massage effect as the leg moves, which supports pain relief and healing. Lateral spiral stays add stabilisation while leaving the knee free to bend.

A smooth Motion-Comfort-Zone behind the knee stops the fabric wrinkling when you sit or climb stairs, and the pad and stays are fused into the knit for a seamless finish.

Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C (85 °F) with a mild detergent
Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry or iron
Lay the support flat to dry, and make sure it is completely dry before wearing it again
Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover

Put the support on sitting down, with the leg relaxed.

Hold the upper edges of the support and pull it over your foot
Draw it up the leg until the Motion-Comfort-Zone sits comfortably behind the knee
Check that the pressure pad surrounds the kneecap
Smooth the cuffs so the knit lies flat against the skin
