The GENU-HiT® SUPREME is a knee support with SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX silicone pad and lateral reinforcement.

The Intarsia comfort zone ensures a wrinkle-free fit. The SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX silicone pad is anatomically shaped and serves to relieve pressure and guide the patella. Stabilizing coil springs are also located on the sides. The support is made of breathable 3D flat knit with recycled yarn. The QR code in the product packaging gives you access to therapy exercises.

Available in 7 sizes, fitted by circumference 14 cm above and 14 cm below the knee joint space.

The 30° marked on the diagram is 30° of bend from a straight leg — a slightly bent knee, not a right angle.

Can be worn on the right or the left.

  • Wash GENU-HiT® SUPREME gently in lukewarm water (30 °C) with mild detergent and air dry
  • Do not dry it in the tumble dryer, on the heating or in the microwave
  • Any tension in the knitted fabric that decreases over time will be restored by washing
  • Sporlastic therefore recommends washing the support more frequently

Sporlastic prints these steps in the instructions for use supplied with the product.

  • GENU-HiT® SUPREME can be worn on the left and right.
  • Grasp the knee support at the two upper ends of the lateral spirals and pull it over the knee in this way.
  • GENU-HiT SUPREME fits correctly when the SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX silicone pad surrounds the kneecap without pressing on it.
  • Make sure that the edge of the support is not turned inwards or outwards and lies flush against the body.
  • To remove the support, slide the knee support off the thigh in the direction of the foot.
