Wash GENU-HiT® RS gently in lukewarm water (30 °C) with a fine detergent and leave it to dry naturally
Do not dry it in a tumble drier, on a radiator or in the microwave
Any tension in the knitted fabric that decreases over time will be restored by washing
Sporlastic therefore recommends washing the support more often

Sporlastic prints these steps in the instructions for use supplied with the product.

The knee support can be worn on the left or right side.
Grasp the knee support at the two upper ends of the lateral spirals and pull it over the knee.
The knee support fits correctly when the patella is enclosed pressure-free by the silicone pad.
Make sure that the edge of the support is not folded inwards or outwards and is flush against the body.
To remove the support, slide the knee support off from the thigh towards the foot.
