mediven Harmony is a comfortable, effective round-knit armsleeve for lymphedema and swelling of the arm, delivering 30-40 mmHg of graduated compression. Double ellipses at the elbow keep it easy to move in, and the range runs from a simple armsleeve to combined styles with topband, shouldercap, or a matching hand piece.

Is this the right one for you?

Choose this if the swelling is in your arm, not your leg.

Limb swells and changes size through the day? JOBST FarrowWrap Gauntlet wraps on and re-tightens as the swelling goes down.

  • Double ellipses on the point and in the crease of the elbow allow free movement and keep wrinkling — and the soreness it causes — to a minimum
  • An innovative fabric structure stimulates the tissue for a pleasant massage effect
  • Narrow napped silicone topband is knitted on with a flat seam for secure hold that stays air-permeable rather than sticking
  • The combined armsleeve's hand part adds two flat seams and a wedge at the web of the thumb to reduce tension
  • Clima Comfort keeps the skin feeling comfortable all year round
  • Elastane: 43%
  • Polyamide: 57%
  • Primary and secondary stage 1 lymphedema of the arm
  • Post-operative and post-traumatic edema
  • Shoulder-arm vein thrombosis
  • Hand piece and glove: prevention of lymph fluid accumulating in the hand while a compression armsleeve is worn
  • Not indicated for pronounced edema

This product provides medical-grade Class 2 compression (30-40 mmHg). Medical-grade compression garments (20-30 mmHg and above) are commonly covered under Canadian extended health benefit plans (e.g. Sun Life, Manulife, Great-West Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada) when accompanied by a valid prescription from your physician or nurse practitioner. It may also qualify as an eligible medical expense under the CRA's Medical Expense Tax Credit. We're happy to provide a pre-approval form for your insurance provider — just contact us before ordering. Coverage details, annual limits, and prescription requirements vary by plan, so please confirm your specific benefits with your provider and keep your prescription and itemized receipt for your claim.

Measure your hand across the knuckles (cA), your wrist at its base (cC), your forearm 5 cm above that (cC1), and your upper arm at the armpit (cG). Arm length is measured on the inside of the arm, from the wrist to the armpit. Read your size off the chart below.
