The JOBST® FarrowWrap® Gauntlet is a short-stretch adjustable compression wrap for mild to severe lymphedema, in JOBST's 20–30 mmHg LITE fabric. This ambidextrous hand gauntlet with foam squares treats the hand alongside an armpiece. LITE is the lightest of the FarrowWrap fabrics, and the one JOBST points to for moderate compression and for limbs without heavy shape distortion. Its easy-to-use adjustable bands let it adapt as limb volume changes, so patients who struggle to don traditional compression stockings still get consistent, effective compression.

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with a mild detergent
Do not use fabric softener, optical brightener or stain remover
Do not wring or twist; dry flat only — never tumble dry, and never on a radiator or in direct sunlight
Do not bleach, dry clean or iron
Fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before washing and when you take the wrap off; it protects the fabric and makes the wrap easier to put back on

JOBST® publishes the step-by-step application on the insert card supplied with the wrap and in its donning videos — follow those and your clinician's instructions.

Cover any open wound with an appropriate dressing before anything else goes on
Put the liner on first if you are wearing one, then the gauntlet, then the armpiece
Fasten the bands across the hand
Tighten or loosen the bands through the day as the swelling changes
When you take the wrap off, fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before putting it away or washing it
