Measure your ankle (cB) at the narrowest point just above the ankle bone, your calf (cC) at its widest, your thigh (cG) at the crease under the buttock, plus your waist (cT) and hips (cH). Read your size off the chart below.

Dry flat or tumble dry on a low/gentle setting; never dry in direct sun or on a radiator or heater
