Leukomed® Control is a fully transparent post-operative dressing. Nothing in it is opaque, so the wound and the skin around it can be watched for the early visible signs of infection without taking the dressing off — which is the point of it, since every unnecessary change disturbs healing and re-exposes the wound.

Behind the film sits a hydropolymer gel pad that manages exudate and holds the wound at an optimal moisture level, and the film adapts to the elasticity of the skin as the patient moves. It is breathable, waterproof and sterile, with a skin-friendly acrylic adhesive that is secure but easy to remove.

Supplied in five sizes from 5 x 5 cm to 10 x 35 cm.
