Measure your ankle (cB) just above the ankle bone, and your calf (cC) at its fullest. Read your size off the chart below.

• Hand wash, or machine wash on a gentle cycle in warm water up to 40°C (104°F)
• Use a mild liquid detergent -- avoid powder detergent, which can clog the elastic fibers
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue; do not bleach, dry clean, or iron
• Do not wring -- roll the garment in a towel and press out excess water
• If the garment has a silicone band, turn it inside out and hand wash the band first with a mild detergent to remove lotion, hair, or other residue before the main wash
• Dry flat, indoors or in the shade, away from direct sun, radiators, or heaters
