JOBST® forMEN thigh-high compression stockings are a medical garment for men, knitted at 30-40 mmHg. The compression is graduated — firmest at the ankle and easing as it goes up the leg — which supports the return of blood from the legs towards the heart.

forMEN is JOBST's men's line, knitted around a man's foot and leg. A ribbed, micro-dotted surface makes it read as an ordinary dress sock; an anatomic toe area and a cushioned sole add comfort underfoot, and durable stay-fresh yarns help keep feet dry through a long day.

The thigh-high length runs from the foot to the upper thigh and is held up by a top band. A closed toe encloses the toes like an ordinary sock. JOBST lists 30-40 mmHg for severe varicose veins, severe limb swelling or lymphatic edema, chronic venous insufficiency, prevention of venous ulcer recurrence, and recovery after surgery.

Wash daily, or at least every other day — by hand or on a gentle machine cycle in warm water up to 40°C (104°F)
Use a mild liquid detergent; do not use fabric softener, optical brightener or stain remover
Rinse thoroughly; do not bleach, dry clean or iron
Do not wring — roll the garment in a towel and press out the excess water
If your garment has a silicone top band, hand wash the band to remove creams, lotions, hair and other residue
Dry flat or tumble dry on low heat; never on a radiator or in direct sunlight

How to put on your JOBST forMEN thigh-high compression stockings:

Turn the stocking inside out all the way down to the heel
Using both hands, pull apart the folded-in foot part and pull it over your foot, all the way to the heel
Gradually pull the stocking over the instep and heel
Work the stocking upward, returning it to a right-side-out position piece by piece
Smooth it out by massaging with both hands until it sits without creases — rubber gloves make this much easier

Wear your compression garments regularly and consistently. JOBST recommends putting them on in the morning, immediately after getting up.
