The JOBST® FarrowWrap® Lite Armpiece is the only FarrowWrap made for the arm, in the range's lightest fabric — double-laminated, durable and soft — at 20-30 mmHg for mild to moderate swelling. It wraps the arm from the wrist crease up to the axilla in overlapping hook-and-loop bands, so it can be re-tightened as the arm changes size instead of being pulled on like a sleeve. Short-stretch fabric holds low resting pressure and high working pressure, gentle while the arm is still and firm as soon as it is used. Left and right are ordered separately, Short, Regular and Long are lengths, and a trim-to-fit armpiece is cut to fit where the ready-to-wear chart does not reach. Wear it with a FarrowWrap Gauntlet if the hand needs treating too.

Is this the right one for you?

Choose this if the swelling is in your arm rather than your leg, and the arm changes size through the day.

Is the hand swollen too? JOBST FarrowWrap Gauntlet 20-30 mmHg treats the hand alongside the armpiece.

  • Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with a mild detergent
  • Do not use fabric softener, optical brightener or stain remover
  • Do not wring or twist; dry flat only — never tumble dry, and never on a radiator or in direct sunlight
  • Do not bleach, dry clean or iron
  • Fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before washing and when you take the wrap off; it protects the fabric and makes the wrap easier to put back on

JOBST® publishes the step-by-step application on the insert card supplied with the wrap and in its donning videos — follow those and your clinician's instructions.

  • Cover any open wound with an appropriate dressing before anything else goes on
  • A liner is not required under a ready-to-wear armpiece; JOBST recommends one under every other FarrowWrap® piece
  • Fasten the bands from the wrist upwards
  • Tighten or loosen the bands through the day as the swelling changes
  • When you take the wrap off, fold each hook-and-loop band back on itself before putting it away or washing it
