Hypafix skin sensitive is a wide-area fixation sheet for securing dressings and devices on skin that cannot take an ordinary adhesive — fragile, sensitive or damaged skin, including the elderly, infants, and skin that is cracked, medication-treated or diabetic. Its silicone adhesive lifts away without trauma at removal, and the sheet stays permeable to air and water vapour, which protects the periwound skin from maceration.
