Hipster Pantaloon Liner

The Hipster® Pantaloon® Liner is a waterproof, breathable liner shaped for a hip spica — the cast that holds the hips and one or both legs, used after hip surgery and for developmental hip conditions, usually in babies and small children.

It is made in one piece, so it forms a continuous barrier that keeps urine and stool off the padding: the waterproof surface wipes clean and the skin can be washed properly, which is the daily problem a spica cast creates. It still breathes, so moisture and perspiration evaporate and the skin stays drier. Extra material through the perineal area makes cuffing easier, and the slanted legs fit better with less bunched fabric.

Paired with AquaCast® Liner padding the whole cast becomes waterproof. Sizes run from paediatric 2 to adult 30, single or double.
