Gypsona® is a traditional plaster of Paris bandage — cotton leno-weave gauze evenly coated with plaster, wound on a central plastic core. Dipped in water and wrapped over padding, it moulds intimately to the limb and sets into a rigid cast with a smooth, tidy finish.

The leno weave holds the plaster in place, which means little plaster is lost into the bucket or onto the floor during application and the cast builds up evenly. The rich, creamy texture is what makes close moulding possible, and the extra-fast setting grades set in about two minutes.

Supplied as bandages in widths from 5 cm to 20 cm, and as slabs. Choose the width and length on this page.
