Delta-Cast® Serene™ is a cast remover that works without an oscillating blade. Two rotary wheels pull a static, concealed blade through the cast material, forwards or in reverse, cutting cleanly through up to ten layers of fibreglass or polyester cast.

Because nothing oscillates, there is no vibration, no heat and almost no airborne dust, so the cast room needs no vacuum system and the device moves easily from room to room. It is far quieter than a traditional cast saw, which matters most with children — the noise and the exposed blade are usually what frighten them. A protective foot and the hidden blade reduce the risk of cuts and burns.

The balanced device rests its own weight on the cast for one-handed use. Blades last up to 200 cuts and change quickly. Sold as a kit, or as replacement blades, protective foot, pin and power supply.
