Cutimed® SiltecPLUS is the higher-adhesion version of the Siltec® foam dressing. The PLUS is SoftTack adherence: it grips the skin around the wound more firmly than the standard FeatherTack, which is what keeps a dressing in place on a mobile patient or under compression without a separate retention layer.

Everything else is the Siltec construction — an absorbent polyurethane foam with super-absorbent stripes behind a silicone wound contact layer that does not stick to the moist wound bed or to new skin. Fluid is drawn up and locked away, so leakage and strikethrough are unlikely and the surrounding skin stays drier.

Sterile, in five square sizes from 5 x 6 cm to 20 x 20 cm, plus a shaped 16 x 24 cm heel dressing.
