Cutimed® Siltec® B is the bordered Siltec: the same silicone-faced absorbent foam with a silicone adhesive border around it, so the dressing fixes itself and needs no tape or retention bandage. Essity positions it for low to moderate exudate levels.

The silicone face does not bond to the moist wound bed or to newly formed skin, and the border lifts off the surrounding skin without trauma, so a change is comfortable even when it is repeated over weeks. Super-absorbent stripes draw fluid vertically and hold it, which keeps the skin around the wound from macerating, and it can be used under compression and cut to size.

Sterile, in seven square sizes from 7.5 x 7.5 cm to 22.5 x 22.5 cm, plus a 7 x 10 cm oval.
