circaid Juxtacures is an adjustable, inelastic compression wrap for lower-leg decongestion — a comfortable alternative to traditional compression bandaging. The circaid Built-In-Pressure System lets you set, verify, and re-adjust the correct therapeutic range yourself, day after day.

Is this the right one for you?

Choose this if you are actively bringing the swelling down — this replaces bandaging during decongestive therapy.

Limb swells and changes size through the day? Circaid Juxtalite HD 20-50 mmHg Adjustable Compression Wrap wraps on and re-tightens as the swelling goes down.

Is the foot and ankle swollen too? Sigvaris Compreboot Plus Foot 20-50 mmHg Adjustable Compression Wrap is a foot piece that fits inside most shoes.

This product provides medical-grade adjustable compression (20-50 mmHg range). Medical-grade compression garments (20-30 mmHg and above) are commonly covered under Canadian extended health benefit plans (e.g. Sun Life, Manulife, Great-West Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada) when accompanied by a valid prescription from your physician or nurse practitioner. It may also qualify as an eligible medical expense under the CRA's Medical Expense Tax Credit. We're happy to provide a pre-approval form for your insurance provider — just contact us before ordering. Coverage details, annual limits, and prescription requirements vary by plan, so please confirm your specific benefits with your provider and keep your prescription and itemized receipt for your claim.

Measure your ankle (cB) at the narrowest point just above the ankle bone and your calf (cC) at its widest, then choose the length that matches your lower leg. Read your size off the chart below.
