The OA Knee+ closes with buckles that release at the press of a button, so the brace comes off and goes back on without unthreading anything and without losing the strap tension the fitter set. That is what makes a daily brace practical for someone with arthritic hands. When a buckle stops holding or the button stops releasing cleanly, this kit restores it.

It fits the Aspen OA Knee+. Replacement straps and liners are listed separately.
