The Aspen Horizon 456 TLSO provides motion restriction, creating a dynamic environment for healing within the thoracolumbar and lumbar spine. Comfortable to wear and easy to don and doff, it was designed specifically for challenging indications such as compression fractures, burst fractures and hyper-kyphosis (forward rounding of the upper back). One-size adjustable, Horizon braces fit waists from 24 to 50 inches — up to 70 inches with extension panels — and can be stepped down to the Horizon PRO as recovery progresses.
