The Actimove® Sports Edition Dual Knee Strap is a two-strap band for patellar tendon pain - jumper's knee, patellofemoral pain, chondromalacia patella and Osgood-Schlatter disease. The lower strap carries a shaped, high-density EVA insert that presses on the patellar tendon just below the kneecap, which is where the targeted pain relief comes from.

The second strap wraps the top of the knee. Together the two give the kneecap more stability than a single strap does, and both close with hook-and-loop so you can set the tension to the activity and change it mid-session.

The material is a perforated quick-drying fabric made with COOLMAX® AIR technology - neoprene-free, and not made with natural rubber latex. Worn on either knee.

Close the hook-and-loop straps before washing
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 40 °C (105 °F) with a mild detergent
Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry or iron
Lay it flat to dry, and make sure it is completely dry before wearing it again
Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover

The insert goes below the kneecap, not over it.

Hold the strap open and place the long strap, with the insert, just below your kneecap
Wrap it around your leg
Slide the thin end of the long strap through the eyelet and secure the hook-and-loop fastener at the front of the leg
Take the other strap, wrap it around the top part of your knee and secure it
