Actimove® EpiMotion is a knitted elbow support for a painful elbow - tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, arthrosis or an inflamed, irritated joint. Its anatomical shape and 3D flat-knitted structure deliver gradient medical compression, which encourages blood circulation and lymphatic flow and helps settle local swelling.

Two anatomically shaped pressure pads sit over the bony points on either side of the elbow, applying targeted pressure and giving an intermittent massage effect as the arm moves. Cut-outs in the pads keep pressure off the bone itself, and the pads are fused into the knit, so there are no seams to rub.

A soft Motion-Comfort-Zone in the elbow crease stops the fabric bunching through a full bend, and anti-slip cuffs hold the support in place without a constricting elastic band.

Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C (85 °F) with a mild detergent
Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry or iron
Lay the support flat to dry, and make sure it is completely dry before wearing it again
Avoid laundry additives such as fabric softener, brightener or stain remover

The support is rolled on rather than pulled straight up.

Turn the upper part of the support inside out
Slide it up the arm until the Motion-Comfort-Zone rests in the crease of the elbow
Turn the outer pad towards the bony point on the outside of the elbow
Unroll the upper section over the elbow
Check that the bony points on both sides of the elbow sit inside the round cut-outs in the two pads
