The Tensoplast® Skin Traction Kit is an adhesive skin traction system. Traction strips are applied directly to the skin along the limb and connected to a cord and spreader, so a steady pull can be applied to reduce a fracture without pins or surgery.

It is a simple, non-invasive method still used for femoral fractures and pre-operative holding, particularly in children. The kit is used with weights, which are not included, and delivers reliable, controlled traction.
