Not suitable for: allergic, inflamed or injury-related skin changes over the area it covers (for example swelling or redness); impaired circulation or lymphatic soft-tissue swelling; nerve-related disturbance of sensation or of skin nourishment (trophism) in that area, with or without damage to the skin.

This is a medical-grade orthopaedic brace that incorporates rigid structural support. • Sporlastic recommends that the VERTEBRADYN® X.STRONG knitted part and shell covers be washed gently in hand-warm water (30 °C) with a mild detergent and air-dried
• Do not dry it in the tumble dryer, on the heating or in the microwave
• The plastic shells can be cleaned with a damp cloth
• Any tension in the moulded knit that decreases over the duration of wear is restored by washing
• Sporlastic therefore recommends washing the brace more frequently

Sporlastic prints these steps in the instructions for use supplied with the product.

• We recommend wearing a thin, tight-fitting T-shirt under the product.
• Position the back section centrally over the spine. The orange-coloured lower edge of the brace closes over the sacrum, and the back shell sits snugly in the waist thanks to its waisted shape. Place your hands in the hand loops at the front.
• Guide the brace around your body and position the abdominal plate centrally at the front.
• Close VERTEBRADYN® X.STRONG under the necessary tension. Make sure the closure plates lie flush on top of each other.
• Fasten the two lower tension elements under even tension over the abdomen, then the upper tension elements. VERTEBRADYN X.STRONG should sit snugly with high compression; this can provide significant relief for the lumbar spine. When fitting with high compression, make sure it is still comfortable to wear.
• The lower front end of VERTEBRADYN X.STRONG should be flush and parallel to the thigh when seated and should not cause pressure in the groin.
