The CALCALASTIC® LONG is a full-length silicone insole. It covers the same ground as the shorter CALCALASTIC heel cushion but carries on under the ball of the foot, so it also takes load off the metatarsal heads and helps shock absorption through the whole step.

Two softer core zones — the "soft spots" — sit under the heel and under the metatarsal heads, where a heel spur or a dropped transverse arch presses hardest, while the firmer silicone around them spreads the rest of the load. A built-in splayed-foot pad lifts the transverse arch. The silicone returns to shape after wearing and wipes clean.

It is used for plantar fasciitis with or without a heel spur, pain at the back of the foot, Haglund’s deformity, arthrosis of the ankle, knee and hip, and to make up a leg-length difference.
