The Complete Liner is the compressive liner Sigvaris supplies with the Compreflex® Complete Calf wrap. Unlike the plain Basic Liner it does compression work of its own: 10-20 mmHg through the foot and ankle, with graduated compression continuing up the calf.

That matters at two moments. Under the wrap it means the foot is covered, which a calf wrap on its own leaves out. With the wrap off — washing, sleeping, a break in the day — the leg still has a layer of compression on it rather than none.

It is a knee-high sock with drirelease® yarns for moisture and odour, an extra-thick sole from toe to heel, and a low enough profile that an ordinary shoe goes on over it. Buy it here as a replacement or a second pair.

Close all hook-and-loop fasteners before washing
Machine wash on the gentle cycle at 30°C (86°F), in a mesh laundry bag
Use a mild detergent; never use bleach or fabric softener
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry; air drying is recommended to extend the life of the wrap
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from light and direct heat
Keep the wrap away from ointments, oils and greases, which shorten its service life
Wash it as often as needed
