Lightplast® Pro is a light elastic adhesive tape — thinner and stretchier than a rigid strapping tape, used where the aim is light support or compression rather than locking a joint down. It is the general-purpose tape in a physiotherapy kit.

The fabric backing is elastic lengthwise and conforms closely to body movement, so it follows a joint through its range instead of pulling at the edges, and it sits light and close on the skin. Adhesion is strong for its weight, it is air-permeable, and it tears cleanly by hand.

Supplied as rolls in 2.5, 3.75, 5 and 7.5 cm widths, 4.5 m long, with 5 cm and 7.5 cm also in a 6.8 m roll.
