Leukotape® K is an elastic adhesive tape from the kinesiology family — the thin, stretchy, coloured tape applied in strips along a muscle or around a joint. Essity says kinesiology tapes may enhance proprioception (your sense of where a joint is without looking), support lymphatic drainage and help reduce pain.

It is thin and skin-friendly, so it can be worn continuously: Essity gives a wear time of up to nine days. It is water-repellent, which means showering and training in it are fine, and it is straightforward to apply, with full-day training courses available.

Supplied as 5 m rolls in 2.5, 5 and 7.5 cm widths in beige, red, blue, black and pink, plus a 25 m economy roll in beige.
