Measure your ankle (cB) just above the ankle bone, your calf (cC) at its fullest, and your thigh (cG) at its fullest. Read your size off the chart below.

Hand wash, or machine wash on a gentle cycle in warm water up to 40°C (104°F)
Use a mild liquid detergent -- avoid powder detergent, which can clog the elastic fibers
Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue; do not bleach, dry clean, or iron
Do not wring -- roll the garment in a towel and press out excess water
If the garment has a silicone band, turn it inside out and hand wash the band first with a mild detergent to remove lotion, hair, or other residue before the main wash
Dry flat, indoors or in the shade, away from direct sun, radiators, or heaters
