Elastocrepe® is a non-adhesive elastic bandage woven from stretch cotton and rayon. It is the plain compression bandage held on by clips, used for sprains, for controlling swelling once a cast comes off, and over paste bandages.

The special weave is what makes it predictable: it resists being stretched too far, so the compression it applies stays close to what was intended rather than creeping up as the bandage is pulled. Support comes from the lengthwise elasticity, the edges do not fray, the fabric is air-permeable, and a central yellow line shows the overlap on each turn.

Washable and reusable. Supplied as 4.5 m rolls in 5, 7.5, 10 and 15 cm widths.
