Elastikon® by Actimove® is a soft cotton elastic adhesive tape. Unlike a rigid strapping tape it stretches, so it conforms to joints that change shape as they move - elbows, knees and shoulders - and gives reliable compression for sprains, strains and muscle injuries.

The tape allows skin to breathe and moisture to pass through, which is what makes it usable over several days. Actimove lists it for conditions requiring limitation of movement such as sprains and sports injuries, for prophylactic use in active sport, and for retaining dressings and devices - over a muscular wound, or after orthopedic and general surgery.

Supplied in cream, in three widths on a 2.2 m (2.5 yd) roll. Caution: this product contains dry natural rubber.
