Delta-Rol® is a synthetic cast padding made from non-absorbent fibres, so it wicks moisture away from the skin rather than holding it there. It goes on between the stockinette and the casting material to cushion the limb and protect the skin.

Its conformable stretch is what sets it apart in narrow widths: it fits around a small anatomy — a child's wrist, a thumb — without having to be cut or torn to shape, which is where padding usually bunches. It lints very little, so the cast room stays cleaner.

Supplied as rolls 5, 7.5, 10 and 15 cm wide, 3.6 m long. Each size is sold by the case: 72 rolls in the 5 cm case, 36 in both the 7.5 cm and the 10 cm, and 18 in the 15 cm.
