The Delta-Dry® Pantaloon is a pre-shaped, water-resistant liner for hip spica casting — the treatment used for developmental dysplasia of the hip and for femur fractures, mostly in infants and young children. Coming ready-shaped in three sizes saves cutting and fitting a liner from a roll.

It stretches enough to go on easily and lie flat with very little creasing, which matters because creases under a spica cast become pressure marks. The material is soft and cushioned against infant skin, water-resistant so the child can be bathed and the cast interior flushed, and highly vapour-permeable — it dries in about 90 minutes.

Sizes are chosen by thigh circumference: size 1 up to 25 cm, size 2 from 25 to 29.5 cm, size 3 from 29.5 cm.
