Delta-Cast® Elite is a non-fibreglass casting tape made for strength and durability. Extensible polyester yarns mould easily around a limb and finish with a smooth surface and soft edges, so the cast is less likely to snag clothing or irritate the skin at the rim.

It is the most elastic tape in the Delta-Cast range, conforming to body contours without folding or tucking, and layers laminate reliably to each other. The cast sets in roughly three to five minutes and is fully weight-bearing after about twenty minutes; high radiolucency means the fracture can be x-rayed through it.

Supplied as rolls — 2.5 cm x 1.8 m and 5 to 12.5 cm x 3.6 m — in white plus a range of colours. Reinforcing slabs are made in the same material.
