The large back panel for the Aspen® Vista® Cervical Collar — the rigid part that sits behind the neck and carries the straps that close the collar at each side.

Aspen makes the back panel in two widths so the same front panel can serve a broader neck and shoulders. This is the large one, ordered either as a replacement for a damaged panel or to widen the fit of a collar whose front panel is already right.

This is a replacement back panel for the Aspen Vista Cervical Collar, not a standalone orthosis. On its own it provides no bracing or compression, so it would not normally be assessed by a plan separately — coverage follows the brace it belongs to. Bought on its own, this part is generally not eligible for reimbursement, so please confirm your plan's terms with your provider before ordering. Peel the pads away from the hook dots to take them off the collar.
Hand wash the pads with mild soap and warm water. Do not machine wash and do not use bleach. Rinse thoroughly.
Wipe the plastic shell with mild soap and water, rinse it, and towel dry before re-attaching the pads.
Press the pads with a towel to squeeze out the water, then lay them flat to air dry. Do not use heat.
Use a spare pad set while the first one is drying.
