The adjustment key for the Aspen® OA Knee+ unloader brace — the small tool that turns the brace's adjustment screw to set how much load is taken off the worn side of the knee.

Turning it clockwise decreases the unloading; counterclockwise increases it. Aspen's instruction is to move it an eighth to a quarter of a turn at a time with the wearer sitting, and to check how the knee feels before going further, because a large change made in one go is uncomfortable and tells you nothing about which setting was right.

Varus and valgus simply name the two directions: varus is bow-legged, valgus is knock-kneed. The key fits the Aspen OA Knee+.
