A set of two 40-inch (102 cm) straps for the Aspen® OA Knee+ unloader brace, replacing the standard straps when the brace will not close comfortably around a larger thigh.

The OA Knee+ is a universal fit up to a 30-inch thigh circumference on its standard straps; these extended straps take it beyond that without changing the frame, so the brace still unloads the knee the way it was set. They fit the OA Knee+ only — not the OA Knee Wrap, which is sized rather than universal.

Straps that end up longer than needed can be cut down: open the strap pad and the end of the binding strap, separate the hook and loop, trim, and re-attach the pad.
