The Aspen® Knee Suspension Wrap is a neoprene sleeve worn with a knee brace to stop it sliding down the leg. Braces migrate because a thigh tapers and sweat makes it slippery; the wrap gives the frame something to grip.

It can be used two ways. Wrapped around the lower or upper section of the brace itself, it holds that end in place. Applied to the calf or thigh before the brace goes on, it sits between skin and frame and adds comfort as well as grip.

It fits the Aspen OA Knee+, ROM Knee and Hinged Knee braces, and is one size.

Not suitable for: hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the materials the brace is made from; swelling of the lymphatic tissue (the drainage network under the skin) caused by circulatory disorders; anyone whose clinician has told them not to wear a brace.

This is a comfort/anti-migration accessory for a compatible Aspen knee brace, not a standalone orthosis. On its own it provides no bracing or compression, so it would not normally be assessed by a plan separately — coverage follows the brace it belongs to. Bought on its own, this part is generally not eligible for reimbursement, so please confirm your plan's terms with your provider before ordering. Aspen prints these steps for the wrap used with an Aspen knee brace.

Put the knee brace on as usual.
Wrap the suspension wrap around the lower section of the brace to hold that end in place, or around the upper section to hold the top.
For added comfort, apply the wrap to the leg before the brace instead — around the calf for the lower section, around the thigh for the upper.
